At Valley Shore Community Television, you can create your own TV show or submit a program to be on for our local community.  To become an active access user, please fill out the Access User Agreement form below and a complete Channel Request form with your program. Online Content form is optional.  Access users must complete a brief training session before their first studio taping or to sign out field cameras and content MUST be community oriented.  To sign up for training call 860-399-1857.  Forms and programs may be mailed to or dropped off at VSCTV's studio in Westbrook.  

Access User Agreement

Fill out the following form to become an Access User with VSCTV.  If you work or live in one of our nine towns, you're eligible to utilize VSCTV's facilities and resources to produce your own TV show. Please call or book us to discuss your program idea.

Channel Request Form

This form is used when submitting a completed show for broadcast on VSCTV.  Shows must be submitted by an active Access User.  Programs that originate from outside our franchise area must have a local sponsor to submit for broadcast.

online content FORM

Online Content Release Form is the option to host their program on VSCTV’s website for on-demand playback. This service is optional and is subject to availability. Due to storage limitations, we cannot host online content indefinitely.
